In the morning of Aug.4 (GMT +8 Beijing Time), some china tweeps find they can visit  facebook.com google answer and other websites which bocked by GFW   directly.

China tweeps  make a joke “GFW is on holiadys” . But not all China netizens can feel the change, almost half of them still can not access facebook.com after they tried.
